The present Director, Dr. Samuel Buraga, hails from the State of Karnataka in India, of Godly parents, as did Dr. J. Buraga.  Earned B.S. degree from Philadelphia College of Bible, USA; M.Div. degree from the Reformed Episcopal Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, USA; STM degree from Biblical Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, USA and D.R.E. (Doctor of Religious Education) Degree from Philadelphia Biblical University, USA.  Has been with Dr. J. Buraga from the very inception of BBC. He fulfilled the responsibility of Bursar, Academic Dean and Registrar of BBC Evening College from 1976-1996.  He was unanimously chosen by the Board of Governors to be the Director of BBC on May 8, 2002 upon the sudden demise of Dr. J. Buraga.
